The mastermind group or collaborative brainstorming process focuses on one thing: helping you make the changes you want to make in your life personally and professionally! When it is your turn in the “hot seat”, you will describe a goal or challenge, design a plan to achieve your goals and overcome obstacles. With creative ideas and resources from your group, you will leave the “hot seat" with a call to action for your next steps and a commitment from an accountability partner.

About the Founder
Margaret Holloway brings 25 years of experience in education. Before founding AgapeMe LLC, she served as Associate Principal in K-12 schools for nine years, collaborating with staff, students, parents, and colleagues to ensure high-level learning and global readiness for students.
Previously, she taught Spanish for eleven years at middle and high school levels, fostering communication and cultural understanding.
She holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish and Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
With her extensive experience, certification in DiSC® facilitation, and expertise in growth mindset and professional development, Margaret equips organizations and individuals to communicate better, lead with purpose, and achieve meaningful growth.
